Master Plan Design for Shanghai Magnolia Garden the first Resort style Hotel & Convention Centre in Shanghai. Teamed with highly reputable Architect Dale Swan From Anchor Mortlock & Wooly, we won the tender beating the rest of selected famous international design firms from all over the world. The project is not only a iconic landmark for the city but also will be used as main convention centre for shanghai city, since it will be the first 5 star resort style hotel built, high ranked Beijing Government officers are expected to often visit the hotel, among whom including the Chairman and Prime Minister.
The site covers approx. 600,000 sqm and the design covers extensive median density building to high security holiday houses.
